Changing your menu

Adding a person, moving an option or rewriting the greeting is done in the dashboard: edit the menu and publish it, and the menu history lets you restore an earlier version. Because nobody on the receiving end has an account, there is nothing to provision or revoke. If a prompt needs wording the app does not give you, email us and our team can adjust it.

What not to send by email

Do not email passwords, full card numbers or account PINs. A port request needs the account holder's details as the losing provider has them, and the PIN or transfer code only at the point the port is submitted; we will ask for it then.

This is not an emergency line. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) from any phone. Emergency calling explains how calls from your team's mobiles reach emergency services.
